Pyrostegia Venusta

aka Orange Trumpet Creeper, Flame Vine providing cheerful and vigorous winter colour in warmer climates. .

Orange Trumpet Creeper is a stunning addition to winter gardens in warm climates. Vigorous, evergreen and startling it happily blooms from June to October in warmer parts of Australia and New Zealand. A shame perhaps that it only comes in orange - not my favourite colour in the garden. This specimen from our street lights our way home.
